New BBC Drama based on a James Herbert novel. with our very own Maisie Williams  (next week a certain Maester Luwin)

Set in present day , a family's young son goes missing ... they move to the country and with flashback to the 1940's a grisly story unfurles ...

Very good , and spooky , Maisie was brilliant and is turning into quite the young lady .

Can't wait for next weeks ...

Watching it now. Donal Sumpter's character has to be one of the two kids, he has to! Maurice?

Update: I knew it! But maaaan, that ending was cheesy as hell.

I'm always a year or two behind every one else in the world  biggrin

Was going to buy the DVD but luckily before I ordered it I saw it was being shown on TV, now I have it on my PVR and hope to watch it in the next couple of weeks.  Hadn't realised that "Maester Luwin" was in it too smile

Watched this now, thought it was OK/good but nothing too special - though the acting was very good all round.  I didn't think Maisie especially stood out actually but then she didn't have that much to do until the last half hour or so.  The girl who played the younger daughter was excellent as was the older girl who played the teacher.

Worth watching if you haven't seen it and it comes around again.

You can actually buy "Crickley Hall" if you have a lot of cash to splash!  www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-29988723.html/svr/3114;jsessionid=B8255185C7869C2BEC3D78E42948C68F
