Watched the first two episodes of this last night. I have to say that Netflix hit it out of the park with this one. The show is wonderful! It also stars Janeway from Star Trek: Voyager as "Red" the Russian who runs the kitchen on whose bad side you don't want to get on.

I am enjoying it! Some good perfromances and the plot moves along well.
Thanks to Netflix binging we are up to ep 4 now.

I've watched through Episode 12. I've really had to stop myself from finishing it too quickly.

I have one major complaint. Anyone familiar at all with the Federal Prison system will know that you don't get sent to Federal Prison unless you commit a federal crime. So these characters who are in this system for a typical murder; or who have been busted for local narcotics rings, should be in state prison, not federal. Credit card fraud, international drug and money laundering, etc., human trafficking, those are federal crimes.

Pornstache, I swear I've seen that actor before. Is he by any chance the nephew from Season 2 of The Wire? not Ziggy the other one. Also any time I see that character I can't help but think of Super Troopers, he could easily fit into that movie.

I don't know what it is about Laura Prepon but I find her extremely sexy. Donna grew up into one naughty lesbian

Anyhoo I am really enjoying the show and I hope Netflix renews it for another season. It definitely makes up for the missfire that was Hemlock Grove.

Just saw episode 4, I am liking that every episode is also a character flashback. Kinda how the early seasons of "Lost" used to do it.

This show was a real pleasant surprise, came outta nowhere and had a level of quality you see from premium cable.
I am looking forward on binging on season 2.

How many months has she been in prison now? Her initial sentence was 15 months, right?
