Hi Fleas!

A few of us will be going to the con, I think it would be nice to coordinate here and figure out our transport, lodging and event schedule.

Yep, I'm going. I am signed up to get pics with :myrcella:, ramsay and will do waterdancer as well. mel is there, here is the link for autographs, pics:

I have the funds to probably float a room or suite for Thursday night, Friday night, Saturday night, and Sunday day for as long as they let us stay. Prefer to stay at the Gaylord, don't have to worry about driving anywhere. Don, let me know when you are flying in and if I am there already, I can come get you at the airport, unless you are renting a car. Same with you, Lady Black!

Lady Black, if you are not attending, I need to grab one of your rooms and/or get it in my name. Let me know details, who to speak to at the Gaylord.

My best friend is flying in to Georgia for several days and then here for several more right around con time. I really am not sure whether I'm going. I think I'm going to cancel some of the hotel rooms, since we shouldn't need more than a couple. If you know anyone who needs one, please let me know ASAP. It looks like Gaylord and some of the other hotels are fully booked.

So, registration starts at 8:00 a.m.. You get your convention badge there that you need for the whole weekend. I have my pic taken with Iwan Rheon at 10:00 a.m., and 1:00 with Kerry Ingram. Iwan's panel is at 1:00 so hopefully I can get my pic done with Kerry fast and run over to Iwan's. Katie Dickie's panel is at 2:00. Mace Tyrell's panel is at 3:00. Fabio has a panel at 4:00 called "Twitteros" that I will try to make. Then I am cooked until 7:00 for Karaoke, if I can still stand. Wow faint That's just Friday! More to come.

Since the first registration is for last year's attendees only, and I'm going to guess that the Valaryan passes will sell out that day in a matter of minutes, I can try to get like 3 Valaryan passes. If I can not, I am still getting one for myself. The waiting in line is a hassle. You miss seeing panels because you register to get your pics/autographs in advance online through the e-mails from Mischief Managed. The schedule of panels only comes out like a week before the Con, so, of course you do the photo ops. I'll do the best I can, guys. I also checked out the hotel and the rates seem much like the ones in Nashville. I'm sure they will have a deal we will need to get in on for that as well. I'll let ya know when I know!

I checked the hotel prices up. It’s not too bad. 150 a night looks like. Flight would be around 350.
