Absolutely. That's what the confession thread is for. Where we can say all those things we know we would be stoned for in other places without fear of reprisal. Or being judged. Or grinded. Unburden our souls from all those unspoken secrets... Prance around in our underwear so to speak! ... hehe... Ok. Ok. I'll stop.
Es la verdad, hermana.

For a series with so many characters it makes sense that people have their favorites.
I feel they all go through cycles.
I hated Sansa in book 1, grew to like her in book 2 and 3 and disliked her again in book 4. Never liked Cersei till the POV chapters in book 4, she is a biotch, but it was fun to experience her madness and paranoia firsthand.
Dany and Arya were great till the end of book 3, then their left turn journeys in book 4 kinda deflated them, tho they did recover a bunch by the end of book 5.
I could go on.
I am sure I am not the only one to experience this.....
Nope, there's a herd right behind you.
Mooooooooooo!

oh you don´t. This I truly like about the show... actors are fantastic, they do have magic and Dillane is like a sexy sorcerer.
See Aegon? If I´m weird I´m not alone!
@ Macha - you are not alone sister, waive that freak flag proudly!
Ok Lyanna, that was me but Macha likes Stannis too! We are a herd indeed.

Robert's stag party must've sucked, what with Stannis organising it. Would kill to have been at Stannis' as Robert I think could throw one helluva party!

GoT confession: I'm glad the show toned down the appearance of quite a lot of the characters. As I was re-reading the series after watching the show I was going "Ugh, REALLY, GRRM? A golden tunic and red breeches? da fuq is wrong with you?!" every other page.

Well he is using a literary device, by describing characters with distinctive looks or wardrobe you tend to remember them better and keep them apart, he kinda has to since he has 100000 characters in each book. ;-P

I fear that your grace would need a designated dragon driver after a stag party such as his.

I confess that I hate the portrayal of Maester Pycelle, every time he speaks I want to fling him out the window. Would've loved if the guy who played Wisdom Halyne played Pycelle as originally planned. This is despite me being a fan of Julian GLover, the man played Colonel Veers in EMpire I have to like him.

Is Halyne the actor whom portrayed the WildFire Monks ? The one who ntreated with Tyrion and Bronn ?

Good point. Without that measure I could not keep track while reading. On GoT I wanted to see more of the Eyrie
knights because of their elaborate design. I can only remember from Season One. I'm sure we'll see more in later

I am just so grateful for the
Spoiler
Epilogue to ADWD, and knowing Pycelle's eventual fate.
Hateful wretch, he is.

Lyanna was clapping her hands as she read that, YES!

When he isn't the old dottering fool I like him, but sadly there are only two of those scenes, after his coupling with Ross and when Tyrion wakes up. "Be careful of the stair Grand Maester there are so many." I was like please fall to your death!

I would have loved GRRM for that!

GoT confession: Ep 10 of S2 (Valar Morghulis) is one of my least favourites from S2. I didn't have that much of the problem with The House of the Undying, or anything really. I just rank earlier episodes higher.
I confess I want the Dornish to be Mediterranean influenced... i.e. French, Italian. As that is how I read them. From the Rhone region. The Cornish traded with these people in history and I can't help it.

Really? It was my favourite of season 2, ranked it above Blackwater.

I'm all in on this, too. I think it's widely known who I am backing for the Red Viper so I don't appear redundent, which NEVER happens because of me!

I confess I don´t like Charlize Theron either and I shudder every time someone suggests her for GoT

She is only suggested because she is a fan of the show. Personally I would like it if she was cast in a small role as that would help put GOT on the map.

That so reminds me of when they found the GOT script lieing around and they thought people would have murdered to read the unforseeable plot twists securely hidden in its pages.

I agree. Too "big Hollywood" for GOT. Like she's trying to break into the "GOT" market or something. Don't like it at all.

No I find Rhaegar to be fasciniating! And he would've made a great king!
I do think Rhaegar would have made a wonderful King, and Renly would have loved the harp!

What is all the hate for my wife Charlize? "pulls Baratheon Banhammer out of the forge"
She was the only good thing in that Snow white movie, well, other than the cheating scandal that followed....Trampire! HAR!
Your wife, Ser? Hopefully you did not sign a Pre-Nup. I'm sure Charlize is a wonderful, talented actress, I just don't think she's right for GOT. "Thor says: Do you want me to put the hammer down?"

Ok so, now I've just seen the stabbing scene... (Rome) Fantastically acted , I felt sick.. and I'm not squeamish... He was horribly awesome in that. . . So I have to concede on acting abilities .. but he still has death jaw ! :)
