Haven't caught the last one yet , I'm not a Dr Who fan regardless ...But FRIGGIN LOVE Capaldi ... in fact I have a minor crush on him ... an' you know me ... not normally an older (who am I kidding he's probably the same age as me ) man , fan. I have been watching with you two in mind though - Macha and Cary and was hoping you were enjoying it .
Macha that Gif has made my day !
well I just loved that ! Loved the sparring between Robin Hood and The Dr. very funny. Next weeks looks proper scary tho' and The Dr at the end of the clip looks like a tortoise!

Cary hates the new season but I friggin love it. I don't know if it's just Capaldi or something else, but I have never enjoyed Doctor Who as much as I do now. Confession: I don't like Mark Gatiss's episodes, never have. This one felt pretty boring and cheesy (lol, regular mid-season Doctor Who) until the last couple of scenes which were so sweet and meaningful. Loved the dialogue between Robin Hood and the Doctah. This is probably what Doctor Who should be at its core - a simple story that's just fun without being anything else, and tells kids and teenagers about the good things worth fighting for. I'm not asking anything else of this show.
Lol Yvy, a *minor* crush? You can't do minor with this guy, it's all or nothing. I do think that Capaldi brings something different to this character, he's very different from both Tennant and Mark Smith. I'm expecting a good ending to this season.
"another" great one? I think it's the first great one of this season, actually, but I liked it. And the OLS liked it. Which means it was a good one. So there is that.

Lmao, classic timey-wobley Moffat episode. Luved it, although I didn't understand one bit of it right until the end, when I just knew the little boy would turn out to be
Spoiler
the Doctor
as soon as I heard him cry.
Aaaaw Clara's lines, quoting back what he said earlier to little Pink. All the feels.
Nooooo come on. The moon is a giant egg, lmao. I thought it was a pretty awesome idea, even though the execution wasn't the best. We didn't need the spiders and Courtney. But Clara freaking out at the end and making him leave made it all worthwhile. I love this new direction they're taking them.

I'm gonna take the middle road and say no it wasn't the worst, but giant egg? OH MY GOD.

Mucho eye candy in this last one. The sets are beautiful this season, so is the lighting.
I'm not really into this whole soap opera trio with Clara, Dany and The Doctor, but I love the dialogues and the delivery.
And can we keep Perkins? That guy cracked me up.
Ok, Mummy train episode was pretty good. I liked how the Doctor was less pragmatic this episode, and that countdown clock was a very smart mechanic to raise the tension.
So is it true that Clara is leaving this Xmas?

Which one was Perkins Macha ?
I loved this weeks , it had me on edge a couple of times ... and I even had a tear at the Doctor . I know right ? That's how good Capalidi is!! I won't say too much as .. spoilers. but I think you guys will enjoy too.

Perkins was the train mechanic or something like that, the doctor's sidekick.
Now this week's episode I thought it was pretty shitty, lol. Can't wait to see what this Missy business is all about.
Yeah Cary, I also thought of that.
The story was beautiful though, and also the scenery.
Have you caught a glimpse of the trailer for part I of the finale? Some weird stuff going on there.
I love that Actress ... Missy. She always places cooky characters and she cracks me up . Well I have thoroughly enjoyed this series(final tonight) and I haven't watched it because I had to (son no 2) but because I've wanted to . LOVE Capaldi (looks like he's going to be in the Paddington Bear movie too ) and I'm rather fond of Clara. Mr Pink is Meh! but you have to have a love interest I suppose.... My favorite enemy is upon us (fancied them as a small child ... I know , I have issues )
Roll on tonight's finale
Okay, that whole ending just felt like a big mess. I mean, the whole dead raised as Cybermen and Danny emotions, etc. blah blah blah . I'm not feeling it.
But it will be nice to see who the next companion is.

Huh, odd how this show can be so polarizing...I liked the episode. I am a bit bummed we didn't get more Missy, she was a blast! I am sure the Master will be back....he/she always will be.
