Alright, Maleficent. Well, Angelina kills it in here, she is wonderful. And her daughter, Vivienne, plays the 4ish year-old Aurora and will melt your heart with awwwwwws. The special effects are wonderful, all the fairy stuff is great. However, does not follow the book/original Disney production. To me, it's like the "Wicked" to the "Wizard of Oz". Flora, Fauna and Merryweather are comical bad. The teen Aurora is good. The crow is wonderful, he is great and I love his nose. They go the "Frozen" route (kiss of true love) and that sucked, can not get past that. And, I miss Maleficent as a "bad guy". They humanize her too much. I always thought of her as a great villain, even in on-line gaming. So, 6 out of 10 for me.

Rhaegar, despite wounding Robert, was struck down with a massive blow from Robert's warhammer, which scattered the rubies encrusted in Rhaegar's armor under the water. Rhaegar died with Lyanna Stark's name on his lips.
Godzilla was pretty good, Cranston was great as always...the movie made a huge mistake killing him off that early. His no-personality son was no bueno. The action was good and the final smackdown was amazing and really was all Godzilla awesomeness.

Summer 2015 is in full swing. Saw Avengers, Jurassic World and Mad Max. Mad max was amazing, Avengers was a bit bloated but fun and Jurassic world felt like a proper sequel to the first film, can't beat the first tho hehe.

It's going to take something truly special to top Fury Road, that movie was mesmerizing. I have a feeling Ant-Man will end up being better than Age of Ultron.
I watched the ending at Prisoners again, Yvy B. I still think the cop hears the faint whistle. I mean in the beginning he disregards it, looks like he's going to go home. Everyone else did, the lights are off in the backyard of the house and yet he hears it softly again. Tough and cruel movie by the way. I hated Hugh Jackman and I felt for him at the same time. He lost himself in grief and became a monster just like the people who took his own kid. Heartbreaking really.
