8 seasons eh? Not sure how I feel about that. I've loved every season, but I really did think 7 sounded like enough. Ah well. I like it when shows go out on top, Breaking Bad was the perfect example.

So if this is the way it goes, season 7 and 8 will be ALLLLLL SPOILERS ALLLL THE TIME, since there is NO WAY in hell GRRM will have the final book ready for when those seasons roll up.

Yep.

I look forward to it. Sure, I'd rather read the books first, but I'm not going to not watch the show because it may spoil something in books (or, at the very least one book) which may never be released.
