Hahahaha! You got 2 and one third correct. you got number 2 and 4 correct. Incidentally you were the only person so far that got number 4. It's never said in the books who wrote the Rains of Castamere, but thought it make a good trick question. You also got one of the three in number 6 correct.

While showing more insight than other ons question 7 you are still far from being correct. Crownlands fell within the Baratheon lands at the start of AGOT. There's a very specific reason why the 7 became 8 or 9 as you put it.

Before Aegon's invasion the region known as the Riverlands was ruled by the Greyjoys, making the Iron Islands and the Riverlands one kingdom. When Aegon invaded the Riverlands rose up in rebellion. As a reward Aegon released it from the rule of the Greyjoys and raised the Tully's to be riverlords, splitting one of the kingdoms to make 8 regions. 8) Which house has the words "above the rest."?

Whenever the Starks described Winterfell's environs it gave me pause. From the godswood to the bubbling steam baths that war a pleasure to soak in as well as kept the castle walls toasty like a radiator. I love the glass hothouse that kept delicate plants safe during frigid months. Small details not overlooked gave a connection to the environment as well as the people. Sansa re- constructed Winterfell's likeness from snow ( similar to a sandcastle ) yet for visual descriptions GRRM gave plenty, his talent for connecting the spirit of the building and environs were special.
There are other authors whom do this well to, it's just nice to know the numbers are growing for our pleasure.
