FOX are making a tv series based on Jim Gordon and the Batman universe. Apparently Bruce Wayne will be a child during the show and Sean Pertwee is playing Alfred

Ben McKenzie from the OC and Southland is playing a young Jim Gordon when he was a detective in the GPD, Ben also voiced Bruce Wayne/Batman for the Batman: Year One animated movie. No mustache though

I am sure you've seen Donal Logue in a show or movie before, he's been around for ages. The rest of cast are mostly unknowns or small time tv actors. McKenzie started off in The O.C and was in the excellent Southland series.
