Sentences started with "Not to be a ..." are always resulted in the poster being a "..." Though I am assuming you are joking here because are you really suggesting someone started a thread that should have been a contribution to another thread? I can only assume you are joking. Otherwise I would love to "don" my moderator-hat and make some suggestionsderp.

On topic: I fucking looooooooooooooved the Guard. Lovedlovedlovedlovedloved it. This movie should be awesome and of course the dutch cinemas are totally ignoring it.

It still needs to hit cinemas in the US TW, but this movie really looks to be in the same vein as The Guard and In Bruges, which were both amazing and mustwatch movies.

I think some would like Hidden Figures. It rocks! I loved it. Good script, good acting, good cinematography.

I understand the biography book is a bit different and the black women were by that time more integrated at NASA, and that Katherine simply used to non-labeled bathroom that whites were using, and there was no big drama scene about it, but it made for good television and illustrated the bigger picture and problems that the society was having.

Did I say the three main actresses were AMAZING? And that I loved the movie?!

Morgoth needs to see Crimson Peak. I think he might like it, cause he likes scary stuff!

So I couldn't sleep in the middle of the night and decided to watch something. I picked That movie cause you know... Loki humpy and everyone talked bout Guillermo del Toro being a bit of a genius with the camera at times. And I always thought they really meant Benicio. yes, cause clearly all Del Toros are Benicio! Lest I bore everyone to tears: I definitely couldn't sleep after the movie freakout not even sure I liked it. But couldn't stop watching it.

jonsnow took me to see Guardians of the Galaxy II this weekend for an early Mother's Day present, awww.  I liked it over all.

Stuff I did not like:

1.  All of the: "I'm an ass hole but I have emotions/soft heart" BS.  Kinda drove me nuts.  I.E., Nebula, Ego, Rocket, Yondu.  If you are going to be a bad guy - own it.  Cersei does and she is one of the characters we love to hate.  Like Tyrion says: wear it like a badge of honor.

Stuff I liked:

1.  Benicio Del Toro as the Collector.  Even if I just get to see him for a minute with that stupid Howard the Duck, he is a hottie, grrrrr.

2.  "That unspoken thing between us" :sigh: faint

3.  Kurt Russell as Ego is fantastic! How they make him look when he was younger freaked me out! This is exactly how he used to look, gave me flash backs.

4. The relationship between Dax and the Mantis cracked me up.  Batista is great in this role.

5.Tommy Flanagan is in this! OMG!!! It's like he's waiving going, "I'm in the movie!!!!"

I could go on and on, loved it! Went home and o'ded on Galaxy for the rest of the night teehee

8 out of 10
