Honestly when I saw that scene I instantly heard Bruce Willis’ character in The Last Boyscout. “If you’re so lonely but a fucking dog” or something similar.
First ep of Gunpowder was decent. That torture scene though was insane.

I like Tom Cullen who plays Guy Fawkes. The scenes with Catesby and his son feel genuine but muck up the plot. I feel like they are just thrown in there as an afterthought. I will continue to watch.

loved that kid! I’ve been a fan of his since Love, Actually when he stole every scene he was in. He and Liam Neesom were awesome. And OMG is anyone else watching Peaky Blinders? Where on earth did Adrien Brody hide since The Pianist?!?! He is amazing as Luca Changretta he gives me the creeps and fascinates me every time he’s talking and picking his teeth with that toothpick!
