YES! So happy for the actor. I read that and also that he would like to return to GoT. But I'm not sure in what capacity he could come back for Season 5.
Spoiler
Bronn is set to travel with Jaime and that was the majority of book storyline for Illyn.
Maybe in Season 6. (I believe Arya still has him on the list)
No, that was Othell Yarwick. People assumed he was Marsh since he said things from the books but they only officially named him in season 4 as arwick. This guy is new:

He'll do "For the watch" and D & D avoid the predictable Thorne route
To me, it's more predictable that

the kid will do it. I see zero chances of Thorne being the one to stab the commander of the watch, not after his speech to Jon about the hardships of commanding and how you have to stick by your decisions.
It looks like he's only appearing in 3 episodes up until episode 6, which means that unless that scene got pushed to season 6 he probably won't be the one to do it. I just hope that the thing in his CV saying he doesn't appear in the last two episodes is updated later. Seems kind of pointless to cast a Bowen Marsh just to be Night's Watchman #7.
Finn Jones is wicked. And a total tease! It lools like we might get his off screen story on screen! (spoiler tag button is greyed out. unusable on mobile version just FYI)
^We might still get a Euron in season 6, but otherwise it's no big loss. I just hope they don't leave Balong hanging around doing nothing. What happened to him in book 3 to happen already.
I wonder if we will just hear secondhand that Balon has died in S5? After all we didn't get a first hand POV in the books and they might not want to pay the actor to come back just to get killed in a short scene.

Nooooooooooo! Still not over this piece of news. I'd gladly trade all of Dorne for one scene of Vic/Euron madness.

So the season is starting two weeks later than the past couple of years. I'm guessing that they're doing extra post-production, which means this season will have flawless effects. Right?
I entered the competition to get a pair of tickets to go the the GoT Season 5 premiere in London. They said they would either call me or send me an email, and that they would do it today. At 2:30, I got an email saying I'd won but winning seemed so unlikely, and the email seems so nondescript that I can't help but feel that this is a scam. Oh well, I guess I'll see. I've sent them an email and they should get back to me. I'm pretty fucking excited, but I'm ready for crushing disappointment. Finger's crossed!
