So i got this from twitter and it's not like we had hoaxes before so i'll be extremely skeptic about this, but anyways this twitter channel claims to have got from Harper Collins UK a letter from George (dated from 93) outlining his original plan for the series, i think it's nice to compare what he had in mind with what we got.

At least it confirmed what some of us suspected, that Bran is going cuckoo.
Tyrion and Jaime are a huge change tho, thank God he didn't stick to his original plan. Not too sure about Catelyn, seems like he never did know what to do with her character.
If the

then I think that's the best outcome she could have had, under the circumstances.

I think he meant it's amazing how they could decipher part of the redacted stuff. Which i think is pretty much the part the gurm actually sticked to, and thats why it was redacted.
