Heck, the Night's king was referred to all the way back in season 2 in the History and Lore DVD extra. I hope we learn more of him, cuz he is truly the new big bad of the show.

But in any case, you can gather just from the show. He was the only one that turned Crasters baby boy into a WW, they brought the babe to him only, and he alone seemed to be able to will the dead to rise as wights.
He is certainly a standout.

Don! Thanks, I can't remember seeing that one. He's definitely having a Darth Maul vibe. Also, Basi, don't worry about who's that guy. I couldn't figure out that it is the same one as in season 4. I kept asking everyone what the hell they were talking about since the other Walker had whiter skin, and was using more moisturizer. I think he got old too. I also thought he had less horns on his head
