Bernard was so Arnold. Nice catch Don with the name. I am surprised that Dolores killed Arnold though. I wonder if they will say why or just leave it up in the air. I have no idea what happened in the first 10 min so I'm rewatching this one.
In retrospect Andrea killed it this season. Not only she called several major things out ahead of time but look at the Bernard being made out in Arnold's likeness if not from his tissue! Makes one think about some of the other hosts... I also assume no one from the old team remained in the park working, because no one said to Bernard: dude you look so much like Arnold
Extremely curious about what Maeve plans and may I say: William is totally MIB. And "hello Charlotte!" clearly William doesn't care about the hosts getting a conscience, but still interested about little old me but good to know why he's got access all over the park. I lol-ed at how he was about to be killed by Lila with the rope. I mean looking so much for that maze to get killed and all you need to do is piss off a creative host.

Yeah, I'm sorry I doubted this theory about William being MiB. It's pretty clear now.

All that stabby stabby going on made my stomach twist (and not in a good way).
.....
The reveal felt like clacking upwards on a rollercoaster ride.
But that stabbing was a helpful confirmation, you saw that Dolores' guts were mechanical. So she was old school Dolores, not the newer more organic hosts.
Yes! You know the drop is coming, the anticipation is half the fun!

I...really can't even muster up the energy to comment about this episode. Only that it seems TW was right with the William = MiB theory after all. And that the big twist fell flat on its face for me, as they managed to heavily telegraph it.
Hopefully the season finale will be fun, but I'm not expecting much. As said before, I'm glad you guise are still enjoying it.

I'm pleased to be honest that they didn't go with Elsie was not Elsie... and maybe Bernararnold didn't kill her. That director was trying too hard in the interview. We got that out of the way.
Ry we should rewatch at the same time! I just notice who was in the picture that pappy Abernathy kept looking at! It was William's wife and Logan's sister. IT's the pic Logan put in William's pocket. 30 yrs later MIB is making trouble for Ford.
Other bits: in rewatch it felt like the Matrix. The way Ford keeps letting Bernard get to be a sentient conscious self through the years and then rolls him back. It was directly conveyed this discussion happened before, who knows how many times. Ford is basically the Father of the Matrix allowing several to get to the truth. Then... BAM back he rolls the scenario to the beginning. Like a loop. This time though he has MIB reach Dolores and they both know about Arnold. By the way that church scene... I wonder how many times did Dolores get there only to be rolled back by Ford or by proxy through Bernard?!
And can anyone figure out how or even why did Ford's narrative for Teddy changed?! The backstory was that Wyatt was shooting all those hosts in the village beneath the sand, but now it turns out Lila somehow changed that story or made Teddy remember something else. I got no theory for that one.

What I'm getting is that the backstory is the stuff about the soldier slaughter, and Teddy's village rampage actually happened, and was part of the Beta testing phase. Because the church village is the same village they used for all that beta testing. I think that everything that happened in the church village (remember the dancing scene?) was testing.

I am pretty good at keeping convoluted Tv shows going but even some parts are a bit much for me.

MiBilliam is basically untouchable since he was made a member of the board when his company with Logan invested in and most likely saved WW. Wonder if its his funds which converted the hosts to more organic and less robotic?

Cary, that's definitely a testing site. Robert Ford mentions the hosts passing the Turin test when we get that dancing in the village scene so you are on to something about testing. And until you said it, It didn't hit me, but Teddy does have a different set of clothes for both the soldier killing spree (when he sports a uniform) and the village massacre (he's dressed as a sheriff with a star pinned on his chest)! A lot like Dolores and her sets of clothes for different memories.
That blasted maze is meant probably as a test for the hosts to see if they have acquired whatever Arnold wanted them to. I can't think why else Lila said to Teddy "maybe in another life...you're not ready" while she flat out told MIB that the maze is NOT for him. She could have just said "the maze is not for humans" and make the darned thing clear.
definitely a word. And from the same twitter feed this RT: twitter.com/KeithM28/status/803102467416158208 I will NOT do research to see how they mixed up the timelines for that one. No more!

I have an easier explanation: Sloppy writing.

One thing I am wondering if Wyatt actually a character we have not met yet, the show will pull an additional switcheroo and have Wyatt be someone established? I mean why introduce a villain in the finale?
Maybe Wyatt is an imagined personality of Teddy or hell, maybe Wyatt is Dolores, who knows lol.

I don't have any proof that Dolores is Wyatt. I just feel there's a twist to her story that will come out of nowhere since Bernarnold and MIBilliam were setup to be revealed. The writers MUST have something up their sleeve to surprise us in the extra 30 minutes.
(Then again, introducing a new character/villain could be part of a cliffhanger that leads us to season 2..?)
In response to WHO THE HECK IS WYATT? The Ringer has a piece with possible answers.
The Spartacus "theory" is my favorite: the show will end with everyone screaming, "I am Wyatt!" but I also like the idea of Bernard being the answer to every question.
Rebus is Franklin from GTA.
I actually think the show got back on its track in the last few episodes (even though I either read theoried online guessed myself every major revelation in the show thus far). I enjoy it a lot.
Finale will be the make-it-or-break-it episode IMO. They have a lot to cover. The maze, the uprising and whoever the hell Wyatt is. And hopefully Teddy will do something other than dying for once.
Anyways... high expectations. Show better meet them.
I like that the show is answering its questions within its first season, instead of dragging them out for many seasons like other shows "cough*Lost*cough".

I think Ford's new narrative might be a park with a new theme. I think Ford will make that sector his fortress in season 2 while the bots rebel against Delos in the rest of the park throughout season 2.
