Cersei burning King's Landing is season 7 material. I think this season, she'll have a big coop and kill her entire opposition. First the High Sparrow and the Faith Militant, using the Tyrell army, later frame them for heresy against the Faith and execute them (that is Olena and Mace), Pycelle and Kevan are dead meat, and Jaime... she may have to send him away. What she'll do with the Tyrell army, I have no idea... perhaps send them to Dorne to hunt Sand Snakes before she kills the rest of the Tyrells.
Either way, I feel Cersei will have total control by the end of this season. And Tommen might live through season 6, too. His death should be the thing that truly breaks her and makes her burn King's Landing. So that'll be season 7.
If she kills all the opposition in Seasn 6 and Tommen is still alive with no one to kill him in the next season, I don't see why she would kill the masses and burn KL to the ground in Season 7. Show Cersei doesn't look as unstable as the book counterpart. Unless by all opposition you didn't mean some Sand Snake who is in KL. Cause at least 2 Sand Snakes at in KL this season!
I'm less sure the Sand Snakes are in King's Landing now. I feel like if we were, we'd have had a quick scene showing them in a King's Landing tavern or something. I bet they've just gone back to Dorne, and Tommen gets killed during the clash with the Tyrells.
And yeah, Grey Worm and Missendei as King and Queen of Meereen is likely. I hope that most of the Unsullied go with Dany though, otherwise it'll really seem like nothing that happened to Dany since Season 1 mattered.

If it happened it might make Missandei protector or Meereen and Grey Worm as hand, as I dunno if they would be comfortable with royal titles haha.
I think at least a good portion of Unsullied would stay, because what would happen to Meereen if they entire Unsullied army evaporated?

Cosca, but the two Sand Snakes promised revenge on Lannisters as a whole. It makes more sense to stay in KL and try to kill Tommen to be honest. What will they be doing back in Dorne? They all wanted to kill Cersei's kids anyway. Save a trip so to speak.
