The best pizza I ever had was at a shitty strip mall deep in the county. The restaurant's name was Giuseppe's. Second place goes to a place in DC called Cafe Luna. Third place -- some random cart vendor on the Jersey shore.

Lots and of good pizzazz. One of the best Pizza Art ones right here in Chicago. Best one that's not Chicago style was last summer in a little neighborhood on the land side of Venezia. Wonder what the local was called.
EDIT: Pizzeria Capri! It was bothering me to no end I couldn't remember. Had to search for it. Good thing I remember the neighborhood name (Marghera). Anyone traveling through to Venezia proper, give it a shot. It's worth it.
